parkrun
Join Kingston Health Centre staff on June 1st at Kingston parkrun at the Hawker Centre. We are a ‘parkrun practice’ and this will be a special day celebrating one year of this initiative. The aim is to get 1000 GP and practice staff running. We are thrilled to be participating and invite you to join us.
parkruns are volunteer- led 5k runs that take place across the UK on Saturday mornings. They offer an accessible unintimidating local opportunity for patients and staff to increase their activity and have fun doing it in the great outdoors.
