Contact us online using Accurx – Patient Triage
At Kingston Health Centre we are now using AccuRx patient triage to allow us to consult with our patients online. You can;
- Seek medical advice online from Kingston Health Centre – there will be a few simple questions to answer about your condition so we can decide on the best course of action for you. You will be asked how you want to be contacted, this could be via text, phone or video consultation.
- Send a query to our admin team – you can contact us with referral queries, fit note queries, medication requests etc. and the admin team can respond quickly and efficiently with a two way text messaging system if they need more information.
- Self Help information – accurx can signpost you to local NHS services including pharmacies or self-referral services Please press the button below to get started.
