We welcome new patients at Kingston Health Centre and it is easy to join the practice wherever you live. You can also access GP care from the day you register, if you need to be seen urgently please let us know.
Most of our patients live in Kingston and the surrounding area, however we welcome patients from a wider area if they wish to register with us. We have patients registered who live in East Molesey, Esher, Richmond, Sunbury, Thames Ditton, Twickenham and further afield. Patients living outside of our catchment area can access all services as normal aside from home visits and some community services.
Please complete the online registration and new patient questionnaire and our admin team will process your application efficiently, usually on the same day. If you need to be seen urgently before your registration is complete, use our contact form to get in touch.
Online practice registrationOut of area registrations
We welcome out of area registrations. Some community services and home visiting and will not be available to you when you live out of area and you would need to register with a practice in your locality to access these. For this reason people with complex health needs are not suitable for an out of area registration.
