We pride ourselves on offering you a service that is responsive and easy to access. We offer face to face, video and telephone appointments to be booked on the day or in advance. Appointments are bookable 2 weeks in advance or available on the day, from 7am if you are registered for online services, or 8am by phone when the phone lines open.
What happens once all of the appointments on the day have been booked?
Once our appointments are fully booked, if you require to be seen urgently on the day, our reception team will send you a link with an online triage form and your request will be dealt with that day.
You also have the option to contact us using our online form, please contact us and we will triage your request. We are often able to signpost you to other suitable services or make sure that you are seeing the most appropriate member of our team. Please be aware that whilst we will try to be as flexible as possible with appointments we can offer via this route, you may not have the same amount of choice as you would if you booked from 7am online or 8am via phone -; https://kingstonhealthcentre.nhs.uk/online-contact

Same day appointments
Same day appointments are available for booking from 7am online and 8am by phone.
Emergency appointments are for an urgent medical problem that needs to be dealt with on the same day. Please phone reception, who will forward you our triage form to complete which will be reviewed by a GP.
