After a routine inspection in December 2025, we are proud to share that our practice has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.
Since our last CQC inspection in 2016, the practice has grown considerably. Behind the scenes we have worked hard to develop and embed simple, patient centred systems that have allowed us to be responsive and effective. At the same time, our priority has always been to ensure that our ethos and values remain – to deliver a great primary care experience with kindness and compassion and to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Everyone in the practice has played a part in achieving this rating, all the team are dedicated to providing the highest level of care. We would also like to thank our patients who have provided us with lots of personalised feedback, this has helped us to retain and recruit great team members. Our patients’ thoughts and ideas on how we can continue to develop the practice has also been very appreciated.
We recognise that this is only one assessment and that sustaining this standard will require ongoing effort. We are excited for what the future of Kingston Health Centre holds and there will always be room to grow and improve. For now, we want to take a moment to recognise and enjoy this achievement as a team.
