You do not need to know your NHS number to use NHS services, but it can be useful to have it.

Before you start
We will ask for your name, date of birth and postcode. We will send a text, email or letter with your NHS number to you.
If you are using this service for someone else, enter their information. They will be sent their NHS number.

Update your contact details
It is important to keep the practice up to date with your most recent contact details.
Please fill in our online form and select ‘admin query’ if you’d like us to change any of your contact details. Alternatively, you can fill in our form at the practice in person, or send us an email.
