Complaints Policy
Any patient has the right to make a complaint about the services they have received at Kingston Health Centre.
Accountable GP
All patients registered with this practice have an allocated named accountable GP. The nominated GP is responsible for patients’ overall care at the practice, however you can continue seeing a GP of your choice. Your nominated GP is the GP you are currently registered with.
All GP Practices are required to declare mean earnings (i.e. average pay).
